Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • The garage is used for owner storage and is not available for guest use.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years. The reservation holder must be at least 25 years old and must be a staying guest and sign the agreement.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Up to 2 mature and well-trained dogs are welcome for an additional rent of $25 per night per pet. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.

Fees and Payments

  • Up to 2 mature and well-trained dogs are welcome for an additional rent of $25 per night per pet.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • There is parking for one vehicle on the driveway with additional street parking available.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Towels and linens are provided.
  • Hair dryers are NOT provided.
  • Kitchen is stocked with cooking basics and utensils.
  • Dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, washing machine, clothes dryer, and climate control are provided.
  • High-speed internet is available.
  • Landline phone is provided.
  • There is a starter set of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are sufficient for one or two nights.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are provided.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov–March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled between 15–29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
